 The Annual Athletic Meet 2024–25 of S.N. College, Chempazhanthy, was held on 29th and 30th January 2025 at the college ground. The two-day event was a grand celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and athletic excellence , with enthusiastic participation from both students and staff. The programme began with a welcome address by Dr. Sujith Prabhakar , Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Physical Education. He spoke about the importance of sports in overall personality development and encouraged students to compete in the right spirit. The Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. Rakhee A. S., Principal of the College , who highlighted the college’s commitment to promoting fitness and sports. The Annual Sports Meet 2024–25 was held on 27th and 28th January 2025 with great excitement and active participation from students. The event was organized by the Department of Physical Education and featured energetic competitions between different departments. The programme began with a welcome speech by Dr. Praveen R , Assistant Professor, followed by the presidential address by Dr. Sujith Prabhakar , Head of the Department of Physical Education. The meet was formally inaugurated by Dr. Rakhee A. S., Principal of the college . Special guests, including Dr. Soju S (Senate Member, Kerala University), Dr. Premraj (Executive Member, S.N. Trust Board), Dr. Ambali Raj (IQAC Coordinator), and Sri Aromal N. R. (College Union Chairman), delivered felicitations and encouraged students to take part with enthusiasm and sportsmanship.  As part of the R. Sankar Memorial Spectrum Seminar Series 2024-2025 , the General Library organized a seminar on January 28, 2025 , commencing at 10:00 AM with a prayer. The event began with a welcome address by Dr. Jinu S. Rajan , UGC Librarian, followed by the presidential address delivered by the esteemed Principal, Prof. Dr. Raakhee A. S. . The keynote address was presented by Prof. Dr. A. Gopikuttan , Retired Professor & Head, Department of Library & Information Science, University of Kerala, on the topic "IPR and Libraries."  The 3(K) BN NCC, Army Wing, of S. N. College, Chempazhanthy, celebrated the 76th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The event saw the active participation of all cadets, under the leadership of ANO Lt. Dr. Giftson A. W. The celebrations commenced with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by a solemn Guard of Honour ceremony, where cadets showcased their discipline and dedication. A vibrant JDFS (Joint Defence Force Simulation) display captivated the audience, highlighting the strategic and tactical prowess of the cadets. Adding an element of creativity and awareness, cadets performed a flash mob that energized the gathering, followed by a poster-making competition that visually depicted themes of patriotism, national unity, and civic responsibility.  The General Library organized a book exhibition as a tribute to the legendary literary figure M. T. Vasudevan Nair. The exhibition was held from January 6 to January 8, 2025, and was inaugurated by the esteemed College Principal, Prof. Dr. A. S. Raakhee. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from teachers, non-teaching staff, and students. The exhibition featured a diverse collection of M. T. Vasudevan Nair’s works, including his novels, short stories, screenplays, memoirs, and books written about him. Over the course of three days, thousands of visitors explored the exhibition, making it a memorable literary celebration.
