Civil Service Orientation Programme - Competitive Exam Coaching Committee

 The Competitive Exam Coaching Committee of Sree Narayana College, Chempazhanthy, in collaboration with Fortune IAS Academy, conducted a Civil Service Orientation Programme on 30 October 2025 (Thursday) at 2:00 PM in the Seminar Hall.


    The session commenced with a welcome address delivered by Rishy N, Assistant Professor and Convenor of the Competitive Exam Coaching Committee. In his welcome note, he highlighted the relevance of Civil Service as a career option and emphasized the significance of early preparation for competitive examinations like UPSC.



Mr. Anirudh Sasi, Resource Person from Fortune IAS Academy, led the orientation session. He provided a comprehensive overview of the Civil Services Examination, its structure, preparation strategies, and the qualities required to excel in the exam. The session was highly informative and motivating for the students aspiring to join the Civil Services.
A brief interactive session was held towards the end, where students actively engaged with the speaker and asked questions related to preparation techniques, optional subjects, time management, and exam patterns.




    A total of 58 students from various departments attended the session and shared positive feedback regarding its usefulness and inspiring nature. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms. Diya S. Nambiar, I MA History student.
