Reading Week 2025
Reading Week is observed in honor of P. N. Panicker, the Father of the Library Movement in Kerala, to emphasize the importance of reading and to cultivate a reading culture among students. As part of Reading Week 2025, the General Library of Sree Narayana College, Chempazhanthy organized competitions to engage students in meaningful literary and creative activities on 19th – 20th June 2025.
Competitions Conducted
1. Character Review Competition
Date: 19th June 2025
Students were invited to write a review of their favorite character from any literary work in either English or Malayalam. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation, showcasing the students' critical thinking and literary appreciation.

2. Poster Designing Competition
Date: 20th June 2025
This competition encouraged students to express their thoughts on reading and literature through visual art. The entries were creative, thought-provoking, and well-presented.

Conclusion
Reading Week 2025 successfully celebrated the spirit of reading and creativity among students.
